Whenever a major disaster hits, many animals are left lost, homeless, injured and scared. But Shannon Jay is there if it's a wildfire, rushing in to rescue as many cats or 'fire monkeys' - as he calls them - as he can. This former law enforcement officer uses his high tech skills and uncanny understanding of feline behavior to find and save these terrified and often badly burned cats and get them home to their families - who may have lost everything else in their lives.
